The 18 month home construction process can be daunting and challenging. We have all heard about the nightmares that occur with builders!Well, not with Bedbrock Developers. Rich Brock is an impeccable builder with a keen eye for detail and beauty.

Our construction was solid from the get-go. We experienced very few delays and were barely over budget by 2% at the end of the project. Our home and the quality of the work speaks for itself.... everyone who enters the home is immediately enamored with the beauty, warmth and attention to detail.

Rich provided us with countless options to make slight adjustments throughout construction that would beautify the inside or outside. The majority of his suggestions were delightful additions to an all around amazing project. Rich was on-site 2-3 times a day, sometimes more during construction. He didn't miss a beat when it comes to attentiveness.

The superintendent on the job, Bob Bushwty, is one of the most amazing men I have ever encountered. Bob is very talented, very kind and most of all very patient. He will always give helpful input and guidance, all the while providing wholesome hard work. He was on-site day in, day out for the entire process.

Dirk Bloom, the CFO, handled the financial end of the construction and was extremely helpful, attending all meetings for selections from tile to fixtures and so on. Dirk gently kept us in line if we were veering off budget and reminded us along the way of timing, materials, costs, etc. We were always
informed of the numbers and never confused or overcharged.

Rich works with a personable, well rounded, honest group of subcontractors. Everyone was always professional, timely and cost efficient.

I cannot praise Bedbrock Developers enough for making our home as beautiful and warm as it is. Rich worked tirelessly with both my husband and I on every last detail, to bring the house to a real state of perfection in our eyes.

I can't say enough about the entire staff and the high level of professionalism. Bedbrock stands behind their essential "lifetime warranty." They come very promptly when called about any item related to the house that requires evaluation or repair. They are an amazing group to work with!
